Victor Conley has just been announced as the City Manager’s choice as the new Fire Chief of Irving. This recommendation will now go to the City Council for final approval on March 20. Chief Conley has served as interim Fire Chief for the last 22 months and has implemented many, many new processes for Irving FD.
